I CHIH SHIVAN ENTERPRISE CO., LTD. (ICS): ICS was founded in 1983 and has its production base in the nation of Taiwan. They are considered one of the most popular manufacturers of automatic electric Airsoft guns (AEG). ICS entered the industry producing spring and gas pistol guns. In 1998 ICS started devoting all of its energies into the research and development of the AEGs. One of the initial goals of the company was to provide a high quality product at a less expensive price than its rival Japanese competitors, Tokyo Marui and Classic Army. The ICS AEGs propel the 6mm BB pellets roughly around 300 fps.

They are characterized by their full metal bodies and replica trademarks. ICS has developed a unique and innovative mechbox mechanism where the spring and motor are housed separately. This feature allows for easy access to the internal parts for maintenance and upgrades. This unique system seen primarily on the ICS AEGs is called the Modular Gearbox. This system splits the normal gearbox into two units: the lower and upper gearbox. The lower contains the spur, sector, and bevel gears, as well as the trigger assembly. In the upper box are the cylinder, piston, and piston head. The ICS replica AEGs include Armalites, MP5s which feature quick take down bodies, and one AK47M.
